To run this report click on Report -> Throwforward Ratio.
Select the option from drop down list to set the report parameter,
and click on 
button. You must have to select atleast one
option as ALL.
When you select All Railways from first drop down you will get report as below :
When you select All Plan Heads from second drop down you will get report as below :
