To open this form click on Proposal Bank -> Shortlisting of Proposals option in menu.
After clicking option from menu, parameter form will display
on screen. Select all desired values from drop down list and click on
go button (
).
Click on 
button to get the list of proposals in Excel
format.
To shortlist the proposals select option from dropdown and click in
button.
To return the selected proposal to plan head co-ordinator click on 
button.
