For live run of IR-WCMS, by Contractor, use following steps :-
1. Contractor's login is automatically enabled in IR-WCMS whenever any LoA (Letter of Acceptance) of Work's tender is issued to him digitally.
2. Login-Id should be same as in IR-EPS (e-Tendering Portal of Indian Railways).
3. Password must be created by yourself before first login using link "Forgot Password/Create Password" provided at Contractor's Login Page, using DSC.
4. The Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) being used in IR-EPS, should be used in IR-WCMS also.
5. To
set up DSC in your machine go through following link.
iv. Please run CRIS Signer as Administrator (by right clicking) for first time on your computer after all setup.
6. Java version 8 or above should be installed on PC.
The bit of Java (64-bit or 32-bit) to be used depends upon bit of your PC and Browser, if your PC is 64-bit then Java should also be 64-bit else if PC is 32-bit then java should also be 32-bit.
Most of the modern day PC and Browsers are 64 bit.
8. If DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) of user is changed on IR-EPS portal then it will reflect on next day in IR-WCMS.
